Customer Service Representative

Available Shifts

• Shift 1: Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri from 2:00 AM to 12:00 PM
• Shift 2: Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun from 2:00 AM to 12:00 PM

Compensation

• $6 per hour

• Homebased

Responsibilities

• Answer the phone 
• Scheduling appointments
• Correspond with patients via phone, text message, and email
• Answer treatment-related questions
• Ensure all appointment openings have been filled
• Ensure all metrics are achieved on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years call center experience
• Be fluent in English with no accent
• Be pleasant-sounding and easy to understand on the phone
• Have a high proficiency in reading and writing in English
• Be able to type quickly and accurately (50 wpm or greater)
• Be able to work at consistently high-levels without mistakes
• Have a good grasp of computers and technology
• Sales experience would be helpful
