JOB DESCRIPTION

We're looking for an experienced Digital Content Copywriter to create product content for e-commerce brands. You'll write clear, persuasive, search-friendly copy that helps shoppers understand the product and decide to buy. You should be comfortable writing for different brands and product categories and adjusting your tone to each brand's voice. You should also be able to work independently, meet deadlines, and keep quality high at volume.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• E-commerce Copywriting: Write persuasive product titles, descriptions, and bullet points for e-commerce stores and marketplaces in each client's brand voice.


• SEO & Optimization: Apply keyword research and SEO/AEO/GEO best practices to improve product discoverability.


• Campaign Content: Create category pages, landing page copy, and email, ad, and social copy for launches and promotions.


• Quality & Compliance: Research products, proofread your work, and make sure all content meets client and marketplace requirements.


• Deadlines & Revisions: Manage multiple projects, deliver on time, and apply feedback promptly.

• E-commerce Content Creation with a focus on Product Copywriting and Digital Content Optimization.


• Specialized in product detail page (PDP) copywriting, SEO-driven content, brand voice alignment, and content performance improvement.

  • Supporting SEO/AEO/GEO keyword research and product discoverability.
  
  
  • Ensuring compliance with retailer and marketplace content requirements.
  
  
  • Maintaining brand voice and style consistency across all product content.
  
  
  • Auditing existing product listings and refreshing underperforming copy.
  
  
  • Writing category, collection, and promotional content to support campaigns and launches.
  
  
  • Reporting content gaps and recommending optimization opportunities.
  
  
  
  

• At least 3-5 years of proven experience in copywriting, with a strong focus on e-commerce or product content


• Portfolio or writing samples showing product descriptions, SEO content, and conversion-focused copy


• Excellent verbal and most especially written English, including grammar, spelling and tone


• Solid knowledge of SEO copywriting and keyword research tools


• Experience writing in different brand voices and across multiple product categories


• Strong research, attention to detail, and time managemet


• Able to work independently and handle high-volume work without losing quality


• Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon Seller Central) is an advantage


• Familiarity with AI writing tools for drafting and ideation is a plus, provided the final copy is original, accurate, and polished


• High School Graduate, College Undergraduate, or College Graduate.


• With good character and willing to work on a graveyard shift (CST).


• Willingness to undergo training and adapt to new processes.


• Available for full-time work.
