Our client is a local VoIP challenger giving small and midsize businesses a better alternative to national phone carriers: affordable cloud and VoIP phone systems, transparent pricing, and real human support. They have a clear go to market plan and a budget to test it. Now they need the leader to execute it. As Director of Marketing, you'll build the growth engine from the ground floor, owning demand generation end to end and collaborating daily with the U.S. leadership team. You'll be measured on qualified pipeline and CAC, not impressions, so this is a hands on seat for a builder who can do a lot with a lean budget.

What you'll do

• Paid Search: Build, run, and scale Google Ads campaigns around the company's switch and save offer, driving qualified leads in a high CPC B2B category.


• Messaging, Creative & Paid Social: Own landing pages, the website, competitor comparison assets, and punchy campaign creative, and run brand awareness and retargeting across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.


• Outbound Campaigns: Plan and execute direct mail and email campaigns, including list strategy and targeting.


• Partnerships: Launch and grow an MSP referral and white label partner program to open new channels for growth.


• SEO & Reviews: Strengthen local search visibility, create buyer focused content, and build a review generation program that earns customer trust.


• Analytics & Reporting: Deliver full funnel reporting on SQLs, CPL, CAC, CLTV, and churn, turning the numbers into clear decisions on what to scale and what to cut.

What you'll bring

• 7+ years in B2B marketing, including 3+ years leading pipeline accountable teams or programs.


• 3+ years marketing in VoIP, UCaaS, telecom, ISP, or utilities, ideally to SMBs.


• Hands on Google Ads expertise in high CPC B2B categories.


• Proven results on lean budgets, with CPL and CAC numbers to back it up.


• Strong GA4, conversion tracking, and CRM reporting skills.


• Sharp copywriting and creative judgment.


• Working knowledge of hosted PBX, SIP, number porting, and common SMB switching objections.


• Excellent written and verbal English, with comfort collaborating with U.S. leadership across time zones.


• A reliable internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.

Bonus points if you have:

• Run switch and save or competitive takeaway campaigns against national carriers.


• Built or managed MSP, VAR, or telecom channel partner programs.


• Marketed to dental, real estate, accounting, insurance, or call center buyers.
