JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Content Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring digital shelf performance, evaluating product content across online retail platforms, and identifying opportunities to improve content accuracy, consistency, and discoverability. You will support Associate Content Managers by analyzing digital shelf data, monitoring retailer content requirements, conducting digital store audits, and assisting with keyword research and product detail page (PDP) copywriting where applicable.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Digital Shelf Analytics: Utilize RCP tools to monitor digital shelf performance, analyze content data, and identify opportunities for product content optimization.


• Retailer Content Compliance: Monitor changing content requirements across retail platforms and communicate relevant updates to Associate Content Managers.


• Digital Store Audits: Conduct digital store walks to review product listings and ensure content accuracy, consistency, completeness, and compliance with retailer guidelines.


• Keyword Research & Optimization: Assist with keyword research for Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) to improve product discoverability.


• Product Content Development: Write and optimize Product Detail Page (PDP) copy where applicable, ensuring product information is clear, accurate, and aligned with retailer requirements.


• Reporting & Insights: Document findings, report content discrepancies, and communicate actionable insights and optimization opportunities to Associate Content Managers.


• Quality Assurance: Identify missing, inconsistent, or outdated product information and help ensure content meets established quality standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in e-commerce content management, digital shelf analytics, product listing optimization, or a related field is preferred.


• Familiarity with online retail platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, Target, Sam's Club, Costco, or BJ's Wholesale Club is an advantage, depending on the assigned account.


• Understanding of product detail pages, product attributes, listing accuracy, and retailer content requirements.


• Basic knowledge of SEO and keyword research; familiarity with AEO and GEO is an advantage.


• Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify content gaps, inconsistencies, and optimization opportunities.


• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.


• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.


• Ability to communicate findings clearly and collaborate with Associate Content Managers.


• Proficiency in spreadsheets and reporting tools is an advantage.


• Willingness to learn and use RCP tools and other digital shelf analytics platforms.


• Ability to work independently while following established workflows and content guidelines.


• Available for full-time work (40 hours per week).


• Willing to work on a Central Standard Time (CST) schedule, which requires night-shift work in the Philippines.
