Job Brief
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Revit Drafter to join our Australian team as a dedicated remote professional. This role focuses on converting conceptual designs into precise technical documentation, with a strong emphasis on Mechanical and HVAC systems.
You will operate as an extension of the engineering team, producing accurate models and drawings while collaborating in a structured, real-time environment via Microsoft Teams. The role requires consistency, strong communication, and alignment with Australian project standards.
Responsibilities
Revit Modelling and Documentation: Produce accurate Revit models and detailed drawings aligned with Australian standards and internal workflows.
Mechanical & HVAC Coordination: Draft and coordinate Mechanical and HVAC systems, ensuring layouts are accurate, compliant, and clash-free.
Technical Collaboration: Work closely with the Australian team through Microsoft Teams, maintaining active engagement and a camera-on working environment.
Workflow Optimisation: Learn and apply internal standards while identifying opportunities to improve drafting efficiency and output quality.
Proactive Communication: Provide regular updates and maintain clear communication to ensure alignment with project timelines and deliverables.
Requirements
Proven experience in Revit drafting with a strong portfolio of technical work.
Experience or solid understanding of Mechanical and HVAC drafting principles.
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills suitable for an Australian work environment.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting with strong reliability.
Availability to work in alignment with Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST).
Stable high-speed internet and a capable workstation suitable for BIM software.

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
