THE ROLE

We are looking for a results-driven and customer-focused Booking and Roadtrip Sales Agent to join our growing team in Manila, Philippines. In this role, you will engage with prospective and existing customers who have shown interest in booking a campervan but did not complete the process, or customers looking to enhance their existing bookings with add-ons, extras, or insurance. You will also reconnect with past customers, encouraging them to embark on another unforgettable adventure with us. WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

• Lead Follow-Up: Contact customers identified through commercial leads who have not completed their campervan booking online.


• Upselling and Cross-Selling: Engage with customers who have existing bookings but have searched for extras, such as insurance, additional kilometers, or other services, to encourage them to finalize the purchase.


• Reach out to customers who travelled with us 9 months ago, (both first-party and third-party campers) to promote new trips and special offers for the upcoming year.


• You will conduct virtual consultations with prospects and customers to present tailored options that meet their travel needs.


• Develop strong connections with customers to build trust, ensure satisfaction, and foster loyalty for repeat business.


• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, track sales activities, and provide regular updates to the sales team.


• CRM Management: Accurately record customer interactions, follow-ups, sales activities, and outcomes in our CRM system.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in travel, hospitality, or customer service industries.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly present options and build rapport with customers.


• Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment.


• Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and online communication tools (Slack, Google Workspace).


• Strong focus on understanding customer needs and delivering solutions that enhance their experience.


• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads simultaneously, track progress, and meet deadlines.


• Experience in upselling, cross-selling, or managing long-term customer relationships is a plus.


• Fluency in English is mandatory.
