Sales Representative - Retention (2-Month Project-Based)

What you’ll do

• Answer inbound retention calls: Maintain positive customer relationships, provide customer resolution/ education and negotiate using retention offers


• Retain customers in compliance with company guidelines and protocols


• Attend 1:1, meetings, huddles, & trainings


• Attend cross-trainings and upskilling

Location:  Work from home – Please note that you will need to visit our BGC office to pick up your equipment
