Salesforce Administrator (PW2)

Job Description:

Our client is seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator to optimize our use of Salesforce, ensuring high efficiency and full utilization of its features and benefits. The ideal candidate should possess outstanding technical and communication abilities, capable of engaging directly with internal stakeholders to comprehend their requirements and effectively administer and enhance the Salesforce system. Responsibilities:

• Design and implement dynamic, secure, high-quality business solutions on the Force.com platform, specifically for the healthcare sector.
• Create and manage Data Dictionaries.
• Produce application flow charts and detailed technical documentation.
• Define technical specifications to align custom applications with business needs.
• Work within an Agile framework in a structured Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) team setting.
• Conduct unit and integration testing.
• Develop Distributed Integrations between Salesforce and proprietary Enterprise Applications.

Skills:

• Minimum three years of Salesforce Administration experience.
• Proficiency in SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language).
• Expertise in Visualforce, Lightning Components, Aura Components, and Apex, with a focus on advanced Apex skills.
• Demonstrated ability in troubleshooting and resolving complex logical issues.
• Familiarity with Platform Events is desirable, with a particular emphasis on Apex proficiency in this role.

Candidate should be open to working during the following shifts: 4 PM to 1 AM (Standard) and 3 PM to 12 AM (DST).
