About the Company
We are a healthcare staffing agency that connects qualified nurses and allied health professionals with hospitals, long-term care facilities, clinics, schools, and other healthcare organizations across the southeastern United States.
We are seeking a reliable and highly responsive Operations Operator to support after-hours and real-time staffing operations. This role serves as the primary communication point between healthcare facilities, external clinical staff, and internal management during assigned shifts. A strong sense of urgency, excellent English communication, and the ability to manage time-sensitive situations are critical.

Key Responsibilities
Handle all inbound calls and text messages related to
-Shift needs, confirmations, and cancellations
-Call-offs, no-shows, and urgent staffing situations
-General concerns or issues arising during the shift

-Healthcare facilities
-External employees (CNAs, nurses, healthcare staff)
-Internal CMS managers and branch leadership
Monitor and actively participate in group text threads with clients and field staff
Escalate critical issues promptly, including:
-Workers’ compensation notifications
-Incident or compliance-related concerns
-Coverage failures or high-risk situations
Maintain accurate communication handoffs and updates for management
Ensure fast, professional, and clear responses at all times during assigned shifts
Support additional operational tasks as needed based on real-time business demands
Required Qualifications
-Excellent spoken and written English
-Experience in healthcare staffing, dispatch, call center, or operations support
-Strong sense of urgency and responsiveness
-Experience handling high-volume calls and text-based communication
-Ability to manage stressful, time-sensitive situations calmly
-Must use own equipment, including: Computer or laptop, Reliable high-speed internet, Headset, iPhone (required for group messaging)
-Comfortable working flexible schedules and shifts that may change weekly
-Ability to follow escalation protocols and internal communication guidelines
Preferred Qualifications (Highly desirable)
-Familiarity with on-call or after-hours operations
-Background supporting U.S.-based clients or businesses
-Strong organizational and multitasking skills
