Securities Transaction Settlements

Your Main Tasks:  
• Settlement (trades and transfers) against/free of payment for Belgian ISIN code and Foreign ISIN codes.    
• Executing and billing of transactions executed on the markets based on settlement instructions from brokers and counterparty. 
• Following up with transactions and transfers with brokers, other financial institution including NBB.   

Responsibilities:  
• Answering and solving customer, banker and financial institutions questions and issues  
• Maintaining contact with bankers, and financial institutions (bank to bank) via email, phone and chat in English* 
*Assumption only English as language requirement to be validated during project transition. 
• Outperform customer expectations continuously: the WOW effect   
• Going through customer processes correctly  
• Taking into account applicable laws and regulations  
• Operational handling of customer request
