Job Summary

The Assistant Relationship Manager is the primary service contact of clients. He/She will be responsible for supporting the Relationship Manager on customer onboarding, account servicing, transaction processing, report generation and account management.

Responsibilities:

• Serves the clients on their banking needs


• Acts as back-up Relationship Manager (RM) the event the RM is not available to ensure the efficient and continuous delivery of services


• Works closely with the RM to ensure sales compliance and proper documentation of all transactions to be audit-ready


• Maintains and safe keeps client files/documents in accordance with the Data Privacy Act


• Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree holders, preferably Business course graduates


• With at 1 to 2 years related work experience working as an Assistant Relationship Manager


• Proficient in using MS Office applications


• Excellent oral and written communication skills


• Effective sales and organizational skills
