Job Description - RPA Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Junior RPA Developer to design, develop, and implement robotic process automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have some experience with RPA tools, a passion for automation, and a desire to grow within our company. As a Junior RPA Developer, you will work closely with our senior developers and business analysts to automate processes and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

-Develop and maintain RPA solutions using industry -leading RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere).

-Work with business analysts to understand process requirements and translate them into automated workflows.

-Assist in the design, development, and testing of RPA bots.

-Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to RPA bots.

-Document RPA solutions and maintain comprehensive documentation for future reference.

-Collaborate with cross -functional teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of RPA solutions.

-Continuously monitor and optimize RPA bots to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

-1 -2 years of experience in RPA development using tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.

-Basic understanding of programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#) and SQL.

-Strong analytical and problem -solving skills.

-Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

-Detail -oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy.

-Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

Preferred Skills:

-Experience in process analysis and documentation.

-Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

-Familiarity with other automation tools and technologies.

-Certification in RPA tools (e.g., UiPath Certified RPA Associate).
