Key Responsibilities  

Training and inductions will be given upon your commencement. Please find basic details below: 

• Support sales team staff 

• Enter reports of customer visits onto the CRM 

• Look after and handle the sales staff emails 

• Arrange samples and quotations 

• Comply with the Organization's Information Security Management System (ISMS), including all applicable information security policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines  

Required skills and experience 

• Excellent organization and focus  

• High attention to detail and accuracy 

• Previous experience within sales support and customer service 

• Analytical and excellent with solving problems 

• Excellent at multi-tasking and juggling priorities 


• Strong communication skills for customer service and team communication
