Sales Support & Client Coordination: Manage inbound/outbound sales calls, respond to client inquiries, verify job requirements, create/manage listings, and coordinate meetings and interviews.
CRM & Data Management: Maintain accurate client, lead, and job records in the CRM; track lead progress and document outcomes.
Reporting & Sales Tracking: Assist in preparing sales reports, monitoring pipeline, and tracking performance metrics.
Administrative & Operational Support: Provide daily administrative support to the Sales team, including managing emails, reminders, organizing digital files, sales trackers, and ensuring proper filing of sales documents.
Requirements:
High School graduate
Good English communication
Atleast 2 years experience in contact center (B2B/SaaS)
Capable of organizing and developing clear and structured documents and manuals
Proven ability to negotiate effectively and resolve conflicts
Skilled in multitasking/tools and using Google Suite Applications
Prior experience in a BPO, sales support, or telemarketing environment.
