This is an excellent opportunity to join an international E-Commerce, wholesales company that is expanding a new market and provides an opportunity for growth and promotions.

Their 100% cotton crew neck T-shirts alone have sold over 140 million pieces in Japan, with total annual sales exceeding 60 million units. Widely recognized in Japan, Korea, and Taiwan, the brand is known for its consistent quality, affordability, and long-standing customer trust, and is now preparing to expand into the global market.

Overall purpose and responsibilities of the role:

As a Sales Representative and Customer Service for an E-Commerce, wholesales company, the core role will be responsible for searching potential customer, analyse and creating customer visiting list.

The position will play a crucial role in promoting the business through B2B and customer visits.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Searching potential customer
  • Communicate with customers, ordering, complaints, and inquiries.
  • Inventory/ SKU control and management.
  • Analyze and keep all the customer records.
  • Promote business through B2B and field work.
  • Outdoor customer visit need (in Metro Manila)


Requirements
  • The candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in any courses.
  • The candidate must have at least 3 – 5 years of experience in Sales. Preferably from the E-Commerce/ wholesales Industry.
  • The candidate must be proficient in MS Excel.
  • The candidate must have good organization, planning, customer service, and communication skills.
  • The candidate must be keen on details.
  • The candidate must be willing to do field work for customer visits.

Job type: Permanent

Emp type: Full-time

Schedule: 

  • Monday to Friday - 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Manila time (Inclusive of 1-hour break)
