As a Salesforce Technical Lead - Managed Services, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through the seamless integration and utilization of Salesforce applications, helping them optimize operational efficiency and achieve strategic objectives. Within our Commercial & Service Excellence practice, you will leverage your broad consulting skills to analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide comprehensive training and support.
As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will also address conflicts or issues, engaging in conversations with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, escalating where appropriate.
Responsibilities
- Leading Salesforce consulting projects to optimize client operational efficiency
- Analyzing client needs and implementing tailored Salesforce solutions
- Providing training and support for effective utilization of Salesforce applications
- Developing and executing strategic plans for Salesforce application integration
- Managing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to meet client expectations
- Mentoring team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Encouraging innovation and embracing emerging technologies in Salesforce projects
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships to identify new opportunities
- Overseeing the development of training materials for Salesforce applications
- Facilitating the integration of enterprise software and IT infrastructure
- Coordinating with team leadership to confirm quality and timelines of deliverables
- Addressing conflicts and engaging in constructive conversations with stakeholders
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 7 to 11 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Service Cloud
- Utilizing analytical thinking to drive business process improvements
- Excelling in project architecture and budgeting for Salesforce implementations
- Embracing emerging technologies to enhance client service delivery
- Developing training materials to support team growth and development
