The Site Security Manager is a strategic leader responsible for architecting a resilient, technology-driven security ecosystem for the site. While primarily focused on driving digital transformation, intelligence-led risk management, and long-term site resilience, this role maintains ultimate accountability for the effective execution of security operations and the protection of people, assets, and intellectual property.

Strategic Leadership & Transformation 

• Predictive Analytics: Evolve site security operations from reactive to proactive by utilizing advanced analytics and KPIs to deliver actionable, data-driven intelligence to the leadership team.


• Technology Roadmap: Drive the long-term technological roadmap by leveraging Genetec platform to drive technological transformation. Lead the strategic integration of “next-gen” technologies—including AI-enhanced surveillance, IoT-integrated access control, and automated monitoring—to optimize site security and operational efficiency. 


• Risk Architecture: Lead vulnerability assessments and develop long-term mitigation strategies to address emerging physical security threats.

Organizational Resilience & Stakeholder Management

• Crisis Leadership: Serve as the strategic lead during security incidents, coordinating responses between corporate, local government, and emergency services.


• Business Continuity: Integrate security protocols into the broader manufacturing workflow to ensure business continuity and minimal operational disruption.


• Executive Protection: Execute robust Key Personnel Protection (KPP) and high-value asset movement protocols in accordance with global KPP standards.

Talent & Financial Stewardship

• Team Evolution: Transform security workforce by coaching team members in digital literacy, analytical thinking, and proactive threat detection.


• Budget Optimization: Manage security expenditure with a focus on ROI, prioritizing investments in automation and high-impact technology.

Tactical Command & Compliance

• Operational Accountability: Ensure high-standard execution of daily security functions, including access control, surveillance monitoring, perimeter integrity, loss prevention and transport security.


• Vendor & Personnel Management: Directly oversee the performance and compliance of security personnel and third-party service providers.

Minimum requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in security management, Business, or a related field.


• Experience: 5+ years of security management experience, with a proven ability to bridge the gap between high-level strategy and tactical execution in a manufacturing or high-tech environment.


• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in enterprise security platforms (Lenel & Genetec) and experience in leveraging data to drive decision-making and operational cost optimization.


• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead teams through technological change and manage security operations.


• Preferred: Professional certifications (CPP, PSP) and experience in business continuity planning.
