Our Information Security and Data Protection team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Makati with the role of Security Program Delivery Head.

In this role, you will lead the entire life cycle of information security programs and initiatives, from conceptualization and execution to monitoring and continuous improvement, leveraging your strategic thinking, effective communication, and deep expertise in program and project management to ensure seamless delivery, management, and enhancement of security initiatives.

What the role will entail

• Formulate and execute the strategic vision for information security programs, and lead the development of proof of concept initiatives for new security programs.
• Direct end-to-end management of information security programs using industry-standard methodologies, applying key project management tools such as Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Critical Path Analysis (CPA).
• Define and track KPIs for information security programs, and generate regular reports for senior management on program achievements and areas for improvement.
• Oversee the implementation of information security programs in alignment with organizational goals, utilizing Agile and Scrum methodologies for efficient project execution.
• Optimize resource allocation to maximize program delivery efficiency and ensure the availability of necessary resources for program implementation.
• Establish a monitoring framework to evaluate program effectiveness and implement proactive measures for continuous improvement based on insights.
• Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless program delivery and effectively communicating program updates and milestones to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with information security programs, and develop contingency plans and risk response strategies.

What were looking for

• A Bachelors Degree in ICT, Computer Science or any related field is highly preferred
• Having at least one of the following certifications is required: Project Management Professional (PMP) and PRINCE II
• Experience working in security within the banking industry or a similar environment is essential.
• At least 10 years of proven work experience in managing projects/programs in Information Security, Compliance, Technology Audit, or a related field
