Senior Accountant

Job Summary: 

onsemi is currently seeking a Senior Costing/Financial Analyst to join Cebu organization. The analyst will play a key role providing essential linkage collaborating with site operations team, BU, ATO and Corporate FP&A team. In this role, the Accountant will help support accounting and finance functions including financial analysis, planning & forecasting, cost modelling and is flexible to perform adhoc analysis and other functions that may be requested where deemed necessary.

• Support monthly close process and reporting.


• Support Costing Analysis, P&L forecasting and


• Perform variance analysis for monthly and quarterly business reviews reporting


• Calculates cost projection based on certain assumptions


• Collaborate with all operations partners to drive efficiencies and cost reduction roadmap.


• Support other requests that may be deemed necessary 

• BS in Accounting / Finance required; CPA or MBA, preferred


• 5 years minimum work experience in Accounting/Finance, manufacturing industry is preferred


• Team player and can collaborate with other functional teams


• Experience in Oracle (Cloud), preferred


• Strong Analytical skills and has sense of urgency


• Eager to learn yet flexible and open minded


• Good communication skills, articulate, and able to explain clearly


• Assist or lead strategic technology reporting enhancement as efficiency improvement


• Advanced experience in Excel and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
