A Glimpse into Your New Role

As a Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting operational excellence by:

• Provide real-time assistance to Specialist
• Analyzing KPIs
• Resolve customer or vendor queries
• Ensure accurate execution of campaign requirements
• Foster team engagement
• Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge.
• Completing end-of-day reports
• Participating in business reviews
• Assist in logistical and reporting needs
• Deliver constructive feedback,
• Resolve escalations while contributing to overall campaign success.

What You’ll Bring

• Tertiary education in Accounting, Finance, or related business field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an Accounts Receivable role
• Experience working in medium to large-sized businesses; Australian accounting exposure is a plus
• Strong knowledge of general accounting principles and AR workflows
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience in ERP systems such as SAP is preferred
• High attention to detail and accuracy in financial data
• Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
