Job Description - Senior Analyst - Administrative Assistance (Hybrid) | Taguig

Location: Taguig

Work Setup: Hybrid scenario (Onsite and work from home) and work with others in a hybrid scenario

Shift: Can work in different shifts (APAC, EMEA, North America) and can work with others in different shifts

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with leaders and teams on unique projects designed to boost organizational efficiency.
  • Expertly manage calendars, coordinate key tasks for stakeholders, and handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality.
  • Leverage exceptional organizational, communication, and prioritization skills to provide top-notch support to the executive office.
  • Act as the central point of contact for both internal teams and external partners, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Bring a proactive attitude and sharp problem-solving abilities to tackle challenges and drive continuous improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
  • At least 7 years of expertise in administrative support, with a preference for 3 years dedicated to executive assistance.
  • Demonstrate mastery of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) alongside collaborative platforms that keep teams connected.
  • Able to work in a hybrid scenario (onsite and work from home), and work with others in a hybrid scenario
  • Can work in different shifts (APAC, EMEA, North America) and can work with others in different shifts
  • Showcase your experience in supporting senior executives within dynamic, fast-paced workplaces.
  • Exhibit exceptional organizational prowess, time management excellence, and clear communication skills, all paired with a keen eye for detail.
