Senior ERP Project Manager

We are looking for ERP Senior Project Manager – Europe & Africa who will be responsible for leading the delivery of complex ERP and Finance Systems initiatives across multiple regions. This role plays a critical part in driving project success by ensuring strong governance, effective stakeholder engagement, and alignment with strategic business objectives. Working in a global, matrixed environment, the role requires deep ERP expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage risk, dependencies, and cross‑regional delivery.

What you’ll do

• Lead ERP and Finance Systems projects across Europe & Africa, ensuring delivery against agreed scope, timelines, and objectives


• Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies


• Act as the primary escalation point for project risks, issues, and delivery challenges


• Ensure strong project governance, quality standards, and adherence to agreed methodologies


• Manage senior stakeholder communications, reporting, and decision-making forums


• Build and maintain strong relationships with regional and cross‑functional stakeholders

About you

• Extensive experience managing global ERP or IT Finance Systems projects


• Strong SAP project management experience; exposure to multiple SAP modules preferred


• Proven ability to apply structured project methodologies (e.g., SAP Activate) at scale


• Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management, change management, and governance


• Experience working in complex, matrixed global organizations


• Excellent business‑level English communication skills (written and verbal)
