Role Summary:

Perform financial analysis and forecasting, analyzing financial statements, preparing financial reports and providing recommendations for optimizing financial performance.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

1. Serves as Finance focal person for CAPEX related matters includes regular reporting and monitoring.


2. From Annual AOP preparation, Quarterly forecast and monthly actual transactions.


3. Includes AR review and implementing changes as advised. Coordinating with respective process owner.


4. Also prepares and releases the weekly Capex Status Report


5. Ensures Headcount (DL & IDL ) numbers are accurate by regular reconciliation of HC movement/transactions with HR.


6. Serves as Finance Approver for PRs related or chargeable to Capex AR.


7. Responsible for the preparation and analysis of  Annual, Quarterly and Monthly Bridge  for Non Manufacturing Cost Centers


8. Provides the Monthly MRO Report showing the variance between Target Budget vs, Actual Spending


9. Prepares the monthly blackline for NonKey Accounts


10. Other Tasks that may be assigned

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
