Key Responsibilities:
1. Ontra Insight Implementation
• Lead end -to -end implementation of Ontra Insight across all funds, serving as the primary internal project owner
• Review the current draft of obligations and tasks as prepared by Ontra and ensure that it properly captures the side letter obligations
• Standardized tasks in a uniform manner across all the funds
• Coordinate with Ontra's implementation team, legal, investor relations and fund accounting to configure the platform to specific requirements
• Design and deliver training to relevant stakeholders across IR, legal, and finance teams
• Establish testing protocols and quality assurance processes prior to go -live
• Define KPIs for platform adoption and track progress against implementation milestones
2. Ongoing Side Letter Compliance
• Maintain a comprehensive, fund -by -fund register of all LP side letter obligations across fund platform
• Monitor and manage obligation triggers, deadlines, and reporting requirements on an ongoing basis, including:
– Most Favoured Nation (MFN) elections and notifications
– Co -investment rights and ROFO/ROFR obligations
– Fee and carry modifications
– Reporting, transparency, and information rights
– ESG, ERISA, FOIA, and regulatory compliance provisions
– Key person, removal, and consent rights
• Proactively alert relevant teams to upcoming obligations and ensure timely fulfilment
• Partner with legal counsel to interpret ambiguous or complex side letter provisions
• Coordinate with IR, finance, and legal to deliver LP -specific reporting and disclosures required under side letter terms
• Maintain an audit trail of all obligation fulfilment activities within Ontra Insight
Requirements
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
Essential
• 5+ years of experience in private equity, credit, or alternative asset management in an investor relations, legal, fund operations, or compliance function
• Direct experience managing LP side letters, fund documentation, or LP compliance obligations
• Strong working knowledge of common side letter provisions across PE and credit strategies (MFN, co -invest rights, fee terms, reporting, regulatory provisions)
• Demonstrated experience leading or managing technology implementation projects in a financial services context
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational discipline; able to manage a high volume of concurrent obligations across multiple funds
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to distil complex legal language into operational requirements
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and document management platforms
Preferred
• Prior experience with Ontra Insight or comparable LP obligation management platforms (e.g., Allvue, Accelex, iLEVEL)
• Familiarity with DealCloud or other CRM/fund management systems used in alternatives
• Exposure to ERISA, FOIA, and/or ESG -related LP provisions
• JD, paralegal qualification, or equivalent legal training is a plus but not required
• Experience across both private equity and private credit fund structures
