Senior NetSuite Implementation Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End NetSuite Implementation: Lead and manage the complete implementation lifecycle for NetSuite solutions, including requirements gathering, system design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Consultation & Analysis: Conduct detailed business analysis with stakeholders to understand and document business processes, workflows, and requirements. Provide best practice solutions for business needs across finance, CRM, supply chain, and inventory management.
• System Configuration: Configure NetSuite modules (Financials, CRM, Order Management, Inventory, etc.) to meet customer requirements, ensuring optimal use of the platforms capabilities.
• Customization & Integration: Work closely with development teams to deliver customizations, integrations, and reports within NetSuite, utilizing SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and third-party integrations as needed.
• Project Management: Manage multiple implementation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business users, and external vendors.
• Training & Support: Provide end-user training and ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of the NetSuite system. Troubleshoot and resolve post-implementation issues, ensuring high client satisfaction.
• Continuous Improvement: Offer suggestions for process optimization and improvements based on best practices and industry trends. Help clients maximize the full potential of NetSuite.
• Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Documentation & Reporting: Document system configurations, customizations, processes, and user guides. Prepare detailed project status reports, risk assessments, and change management documents for clients.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: 10+ years of experience as a NetSuite Implementation Consultant with a strong background in implementing and supporting NetSuite ERP systems in diverse business environments.
• Technical Skills: Extensive experience with NetSuite modules, including but not limited to Financials, CRM, Supply Chain, and Inventory Management.
• Project Management: Proven track record of managing complex NetSuite implementation projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Business Process Expertise: Deep understanding of business processes in areas such as finance, operations, and customer relationship management, with the ability to translate them into NetSuite solutions.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach to finding solutions that improve efficiency and business performance.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
