We're Hiring: Senior Operations Manager!

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Operations Manager to lead our operations team in Iloilo, Philippines. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of optimizing processes, enhancing productivity, and driving operational excellence.

What You'll Do:
Oversee daily operations and ensure efficiency across all departments.
Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives.
️ Develop and maintain operational policies and procedures.
Drive cost reduction strategies without compromising quality.
Monitor compliance with industry regulations and standards.

What Were Looking For:
Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management or related field.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proven experience in project management methodologies.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

Hard Skills:

1. Operational Management: Proficiency in store operations, inventory control and management, and store layout optimization
2. Financial Acumen: analyzing financial reports to make data-driven decisions
3. Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with retail management systems (example BI, MMS,POS systems)
4. Sales and Performance Analysis: Ability to understand and act on key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive sales growth and manage costs

Those with multinational FMCG experience + Strategic skills are acceptable even w/o #1 and #3 (applies to those with prior Retail jobs).
