Senior Risk and Control Analyst

Work Schedule: Night Shift

We’re seeking a Senior Risk & Control Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting the Global Wealth and Asset Management Risk Groups, helping to ensure strong operational risk governance and effective risk management practices.

You’ll work closely with the Line 2 Risk team to execute risk frameworks, support governance processes, and oversee operational risk mitigation activities across a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  

  Consolidate and report on incidents, issues, actions, and other risk program elements.

  
  


• 
  

  Aggregate key metrics, including Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), across Global Wealth and Asset Management businesses.

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor and support completion of business assessments and change management projects.

  
  


• 
  

  Build strong working relationships with other risk professionals to ensure timely and accurate reporting.

  
  


• 
  

  Provide support for ongoing risk management initiatives and projects.

  
  


• 
  

  Handle ad-hoc risk and control requests as required.

Qualifications & Experience

Required:

• 
  

  Minimum 2 years of experience in internal/external audit or risk management.

  
  


• 
  

  Hands-on experience with Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA), Incident Management, and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs).

  
  


• 
  

  Foundational understanding of Wealth and Asset Management.

  
  


• 
  

  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Management, Finance, or a related discipline.

  
  


• 
  

  Willingness to work a night shift schedule.
