Job Description - Service Coordinator || Onsite || Up to 70K || AU Account


About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Service Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our service department. This role is responsible for coordinating service activities, scheduling technician visits, managing customer communications, and ensuring the timely completion of administrative processes related to installations, repairs, and maintenance services.

The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering a high standard of customer service.



Key Responsibilities: 



  • Receiving incoming calls to the service team

  • Booking and scheduling repairs for our technicians using an online scheduling tool

  • Booking and scheduling maintenance visits for our technicians using the same online scheduling tool

  • Compiling handover documentation and sending it onto the customer after installation

  • Ensuring the service agreement is sent out to the customer with handover documentation (this is very important)

  • Ensuring to follow up on service agreements with clients to ensure a high acceptance of the service agreement (this is very important)

  • Ordering of parts from our international suppliers (online parts ordering system.



Skills and Experience: 


  • Previous experience in a Customer Service, Service Coordination, Scheduling, Administration, or similar role.

  • Strong customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

  • Experience coordinating appointments, schedules, or service activities is highly desirable.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.







Preferred Qualifications: 


  • Experience using Xero Accounting software.

  • Experience with Zoho CRM and/or Zoho FSM (Field Service Management).
