Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Network Access Service and Assurance

• Fault Management handling in the Access GMA area ensures timely detection, analysis, and resolution of issues across Wireline, Wireless, and Transport networks to maintain service availability and performance.

• Performs network performance management by monitoring, analyzing, and resolving issues such as high RTWP and sleeping cells.

• Performs the assigned shift routines and tasks.

• Responsible to raise concerns that may arise in day-to-day operations (i.e. tools issue), to Team Leader (TL) and/or Manager-on-Duty (MoD).

• Assures that tickets are handled/closed based on problem description and trouble reported and follows through until resolution and closure.

• Collaborate and recommends solutions for Engineers’ routine and/or tasks concerns.

• Extracts all tickets and ensure completeness and accuracy of information for report generation and analysis.

• Generates performance reports and raise to support teams any issue that requires their support.

• Translates directives and strategies from Manager into a detailed project/initiative.

• Attends technical and developmental trainings for continuous career growth and learning.

• Performs minor tasks of lead engineer in the absence of one.

• Participate in organization led process and policy standardization initiatives
