Job Summary

The Settlement Officer is esponsible for supporting the operational efficiency and productivity of cards business through ensuring timely, complete and accurate settlement of credit card interchange transactions (for both issuing and acquiring, local and international), as w well as preparation of the corresponding related reports.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  

  Receives and checks the completeness of the assigned scheme, incoming and outgoing , prooflists, reject reports, advisements for both local and international transactions and subject payment associations’ statements of account from transfer agent bank.

  
  


• 
  

  Reconciles transactions for the Japan Credit Bureau (JCB) settlement schedules, for both Issuing and Acquiring.

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinates with Accounting for the timely settlement of subject payment cards’ transactions.

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  Bachelor's degree relevant to the job

  
  


• 
  

  At least two (2) years of relevant work experience preferably in a credit card company or banking institution

  
  


• 
  

  Willing to work onsite in Ortigas
