Sr. General Accountant (15K SIGN-ON BONUS) | Mon-Fri | AM Shift | Office-Based

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Senior General Accountant to oversee accounting operations, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and support accurate financial reporting. This role will provide guidance to the accounting team and play a key part in budget preparation, audits, statutory compliance, and maintaining the accuracy and integrity of financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide the General Accountant and Junior General Accountant to ensure accurate and timely completion of financial tasks.


• Oversee accounting transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, invoicing, reconciliations, and financial reporting.


• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.


• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, Philippine taxation, statutory requirements, and company policies.


• Assist in budget preparation, financial forecasting, variance analysis, and business decision-making.


• Manage and maintain general ledger accounts with proper documentation and accuracy.


• Coordinate internal and external audits and provide required financial reports and supporting documents.


• Handle business permits, licenses, and other finance-related compliance processes.


• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support operational and strategic decisions.
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accountancy, or equivalent (CPA license is an advantage).


• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.


• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, Philippine taxation, and statutory compliance.


• Experience using Xero is an advantage.


• Knowledge of AU and HK accounting processes is an advantage.


• Experience handling business permits and licenses is preferred.


• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and financial reporting skills.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting/finance tools such as Xero, Payroll Hero, BambooHR, Airwallex, SharePoint, and related systems.


• Must be willing to report onsite at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City (Mon-Fri, morning shift)
