Work Location: Bridgetowne, QC

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree
• At least 3 to 4 years in Mgr level or current post
• Experience with either: Operations Excellence, Business Excellence, Continuous Improvement
• Lean Six Sigma Belt

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead process improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
• Analyze operational performance and identify optimization opportunities
• Develop dashboards, reports, and performance insights for stakeholders
• Facilitate root cause analysis and corrective action planning
• Partner with Operations, Quality, Training, and Support Functions to improve business outcomes
• Monitor project benefits realization and sustainment
