Job Description

Responsible for the design, development, and delivery of a modern, scalable software application under the iXWisdom organization. Strong expertise in React for frontend development, TypeScript or Python for backend services, and hands on experience with Databricks for data processing and analytics. This role requires deep technical knowledge, strong problem solving skills, and the ability to collaborate closely with product, data, and engineering teams to deliver high quality, performant, and secure solutions.

• Design and development of complex web applications using React for the frontend and TypeScript / Python for backend services.
• Translate business and product requirements into well architected, maintainable, and scalable technical solutions.
• Build reusable components, libraries, and services to ensure consistency and efficiency across the platform.
• Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and reliability of the application across devices and browsers.

• Design and implement data pipelines and workflows using Databricks for large scale data processing and analytics.
• Integrate Databricks with application services to support data driven features, reporting, and insights.
• Optimize data models, queries, and processing jobs for performance, cost efficiency, and scalability.

• Contribute to and help define the overall system architecture, ensuring alignment with best practices and long term scalability.
• Review code and designs from other developers, providing constructive feedback and ensuring quality standards are met.
• Identify technical risks, performance bottlenecks, and areas for improvement, then propose and implement solutions.

• Work closely with product managers, designers, UI/UX, QA test engineers, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and deliver features on time.
• Participate in sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, contributing to continuous improvement of team processes.
• Support testing, debugging, and production issue resolution to ensure stable and reliable releases.
