Job Description - Sr. Specialist, Employee Central


The Position


Join our team and play a key role in shaping seamless HR operations across global markets!


The Sr. Specialist, Employee Central is expected to help build the HR General Services responsible for back-end processes around employee onboarding, hiring, general employee data administration, employee termination, and more. The role will cover the entire scope of the employee life cycle.


The Sr. Specialist, Employee Central will serve employees within APAC and other countries across several time zones and multiple companies.


Duties & Responsibilities



  • Execute and run back-end processes around employee on-boarding, hiring, general employee data administration, employee termination, etc.

  • Adheres to the data quality standards and delivers against defined SLAs.

  • Accountable for the execution of all related end to end processes, continuously striving for improvements.

  • Consultation and creation for all types of contractual documents for internal and external personnel measurements (e.g. New Hires (national/international), Transfers, Contract Extensions, Part Time Work) taken into consideration the country-specific regulations and the respective legal entity company agreement. If required initiation of works council agreement approvals.

  • Orchestration of all relevant HR-specific On boarding activities.

  • Consultation and realization of reorganization including but not limited to teams, business units and legal entity/corporation.

  • Liase with the respective HRBP/Local HR to ensure operational process excellence.  Provide reliable reports and data to HR BPs and CoEs when required.

  • Handle special projects and reports for the supported countries under the supervision of the Regional Head of Employee Central.


About Our Future Employee



  • College degree; in any relevant course or program.

  • Has 2 to 3 years of expert knowledge and experience in the field of Employee Administration

  • Extensive customer orientation

  • Business fluency in English

  • Preferably with SAP SuccessFactors knowledge.

  • Ideally work experience in different HR roles

  • Ability to work across business units /geographies; cultural sensitivity; strong external network providing access to best HR and talent practices and innovation
