Structural Drafter (Fence) | AU | Onsite - Ortigas

• Prepare detailed technical drawings, layouts, and fabrication plans using AutoCAD.
  


• Develop and revise structural and engineering drawings based on project specifications and design requirements.
  


• Interpret engineering sketches, calculations, and technical documents to produce accurate drafting outputs.
  


• Coordinate with engineers, project teams, and other stakeholders to ensure drawing accuracy and consistency.
  


• Update drawings and documentation based on design revisions, mark-ups, and project changes.
  


• Ensure all drawings comply with relevant drafting standards, codes, and project requirements.
  


• Organize and maintain drawing registers, technical files, and document control systems.
  


• Assist in preparing material take-offs and supporting technical documentation when required.
  


• Review completed drawings for accuracy, completeness, and quality prior to submission.
  


• Support project delivery timelines by managing drafting priorities and meeting deadlines.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, Drafting Technology, or a related  field is preferred.
  


• 3+ years of experience in drafting, detailing, or CAD design within construction, steel, structural, or engineering-related industries.
  


• Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
  


• Experience working with steel sections, fabrication drawings, or structural detailing is highly preferred.
  


• Familiarity with Autodesk Advanced Steel is an advantage but not required.
  


• Strong understanding of engineering drawings, drafting standards, and technical documentation.
  


• Ability to interpret technical specifications, plans, and engineering concepts accurately.
  


• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
  


• Effective communication and collaboration skills when coordinating with cross-functional teams.
  


• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
