SU - Project Manager

Role Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a proven ability to manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and oversee projects to ensure timely completion within scope and budget.


• Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and success criteria.


• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment.


• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.


• Manage project documentation, reports, and updates for stakeholders.


• Ensure quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.


• Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.


• Proven experience as a Project Manager in [industry/sector].


• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).


• Proficiency in project management tools such as Trello, Asana, or MS Project.


• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and organizational skills.


• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.


• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.


• Experience working with remote or international teams.

$1,500 - $2,500 USD/month, paid in USD depending on experience.

• Independent contractor agreement paid 2x monthly.
