Supply Chain Manager (FMCG / Manufacturing)

Salary Range: up to ₱70,000

Work Setup: Onsite 

Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday (Compressed Workweek)

Location: Bulacan

The role

The Supply Chain Manager will oversee the company’s end-to-end supply chain operations, covering procurement, planning, warehouse, and logistics. The role will ensure efficient inventory management, timely availability of materials and products, cost optimization, and smooth day-to-day supply chain operations.

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end supply chain operations covering procurement, planning, warehouse, and logistics.


• Lead procurement activities, including supplier management, sourcing, negotiation, and performance monitoring.


• Oversee demand, supply, and production planning to ensure availability of materials and finished goods.


• Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate and efficient warehouse operations.


• Oversee inbound and outbound logistics and ensure timely delivery of materials and products.


• Monitor supply chain KPIs, costs, inventory levels, and delivery performance.


• Identify process gaps and implement initiatives to improve efficiency, cost, and service levels.


• Collaborate with Production, Sales, Finance, Quality, and other key teams to align supply chain activities with business requirements.


• Lead, coach, and develop the supply chain team.


• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and relevant procedures.

What we're looking for: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.


• 5+ years of relevant supply chain experience, with exposure to procurement, planning, warehouse, and logistics.


• Experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment is highly preferred.


• Strong knowledge of inventory management, procurement, planning, warehousing, and logistics.


• Proven experience in team leadership and cross-functional coordination.


• Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; ERP experience is an advantage.
