Switchboard Operator (Philippines)

Cruise Administration Services, Inc. (CASI), a Carnival Cruise Line entity in the Philippines, is currently looking for a Switchboard Operator. Only candidates located in Metro Manila, Philippines to apply.   

Job Summary:

Switchboard Operators are responsible for handling all calls to the general Carnival Cruise Line number. Operators greet callers, offer appropriate information and transfer calls accordingly. Must be personable, friendly, possess strong English communication and decision-making skills. Able to handle a heavy volume of inbound calls. The Carnival Operators will also assist with Oracle forms in updating and merging guest profiles. 

Essential functions:

• Handles incoming calls from guests, vendors, and travel partners to Carnival Cruise Line. 
• Handles updating and merging of guest profiles. 

Qualifications:

• Preferably with Bachelor’s degree in related field of study
• Must have atleast 1 year of contact center, operator and/ or customer service experience in a hospitality industry or Contact Center preferred
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, phone, and computer skills
• Ability to learn new internal systems 

• Must be amenable to working the 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM Philippine Time shift.
