About the Job:

We are looking for an HR Operations & Talent Acquisition Manager to join our client's team and lead both HR operations and internal recruitment functions. In this role, you will oversee end-to-end HR processes, employee lifecycle management, workforce planning, and talent acquisition initiatives to support the organization's growth. You will partner closely with business leaders to attract and retain top technology and corporate talent, ensure operational excellence, maintain compliance, and enhance the overall employee experience in a fast-paced IT consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring efficient, compliant, and employee-focused HR service delivery.
• Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee movements, engagement, and offboarding.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and operational frameworks aligned with business objectives.
• Lead internal recruitment activities, including workforce planning, sourcing strategies, candidate selection, and offer management for technical, consulting, and corporate roles.
• Partner with business leaders, delivery teams, and hiring managers to fulfill project-based and organizational talent requirements.
• Manage recruitment vendors and agencies, monitoring performance and maintaining effective talent acquisition partnerships.
• Track recruitment metrics, hiring pipelines, and workforce trends to support data-driven hiring decisions.
• Oversee payroll coordination, benefits administration, leave management, and HR documentation processes.
• Guide employee relations matters, performance concerns, and policy interpretation.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and analyze HR and recruitment reports to support workforce planning and leadership decision-making.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance HR operations, recruitment effectiveness, and overall employee experience.
• Lead, mentor, and develop HR and recruitment team members to achieve departmental goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of exntesive HR experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role, preferably within an IT Consulting or Technology company.
• Strong experience in HR Operations, Employee Relations, and Talent Acquisition.
• Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment for technical, consulting, and corporate roles.
• Solid understanding of workforce planning, recruitment strategies, and talent acquisition best practices.
• In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws, HR compliance, and employee lifecycle management.
• Experience managing recruitment vendors, agencies, or external talent partners to support hiring requirements.
• Experience overseeing onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and HR documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, HRIS platforms, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Experience managing and developing HR and recruitment teams while partnering with business leaders and hiring managers.
