Description

Key Responsibilities

Source and screen qualified candidates.

Conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments.

Coordinate interviews and recruitment activities.

Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.

Endorse qualified candidates to the hiring team.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field.
6 months–1 year recruitment experience preferred.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace.
Willing to work onsite and flexible shifts.
