• Bachelor's degree in Psychology
• At least 1- 3 years of experience in talent acquisition. 
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end talent acquisition processes, Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), online job portals 
  and MS Office applications. 
  including sourcing, screening and interview coordination. 
• Exposure to coordination with hiring managers, external recruitment 
  agencies or vendors is preferred.
• Training or certification in talent acquisition or HR management is an 
  advantage.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital recruitment strategies.
• Basic photo and video editing skills using Canva or other editing applications is an advantage
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination skills. 
• Professional, confidential, and dependable.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
