Talent Acquisition Officer (Volume)

Education: Any bachelor’s degree
Experience: At least 3 years’ experience managing recruitment function
Mandatory Skills:
• Able to work well with members of the division to be able to initiate and promote process improvement.
• Able to have great attention to details.
• Able to address issues and concerns related to Human Resources and/or operations of the company.
• Able to work with co-workers and management and support groups to improve communication, training and information.
• Able to help strategically position HR’s role in the organization.
• Able to contribute his perspective in manpower forecasting and planning.
• Able to gain better understanding of HR processes and services.
Roles & responsibilities:
• Ensure that all ads in Job Portals and Social Media sites are updated and accurate
• Harvest & distribute leads from all job ads
• Address recruitment related concerns on official social media page and online forums
• Create promos and activities to increase show-ups from call-outs and invitational ads
• Monitor status of applicants from this channel
• Lead in conceptualizing templates to be used for Print and Digital ads
• Create and implement promos and activities for invitational ads
• Create recruitment collateral designs needed to support other channels
• Monitor status of applicants sourced from this channel
• Lead and monitor the performance of the call-out team
• Monitor the quality of leads and applicant show-up rate
• Monitor the status of applicants from this channel for future hiring requirements.
