Team Leader Quote to Book

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Manage teams and ensure that performance targets are met or exceeded and proactively communicate with various stakeholders’ critical updates that could impact on the business.


• Support projects related to continuous improvement and other ad hoc tasks to support the strategic priorities of the business.


• Handle escalations and ensure that customer requests and concerns are addressed in a timely manner.


• Develop individual contributors to ensure they can maximize their talents and fully explore career opportunities within Emerson.


• Plan, organize, and coordinate team activities that will increase engagement and drive morale.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business-related or Engineering-related field.


• At least 1 year of progressive leadership experience.


• Strong written and verbal communication skills.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.


• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage work in a fast‑paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Knowledge of other reporting applications is a plus.
