Position Title: Technical Drafter
Work Set-up: Work From Home
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm PH Time
Salary: Php 45,000 – Php 55,000

Innovative Queensland-based residential builder dedicated to delivering high-quality, modern, and affordable homes. They streamline the building process to create functional living spaces for families across the region. They are expanding their team and looking for a skilled, detail-oriented professional to support design and drafting workflow remotely.

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR TECHNICAL DRAFTER

Responsibilities as a Technical Drafter:

Markups: Interpret and implement red-pen amendments accurately.
Plans: Produce precise site plans and floor plans.
Engineering: Integrate external engineering inputs into working drawings.
Standards: Ensure all documentation aligns with Australian building codes.
Collaboration: Communicate efficiently with the construction team remotely.
Additional responsibilities / learnings: The client may request additional work in Estimating and Project Administration if you possess the skills and are willing to learn.

Qualifications as a Technical Drafter:
Experience: Minimum 2 years drafting for Australian residential builds.
Tech: Advanced skills in AutoCAD or Revit.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of local construction methods and building codes.
Traits: Sharp eye for detail and strong time management.
