About the Job:

We are looking for a Technical Oracle Director to join our client's Business Application Consulting team and lead the technical strategy, architecture, and delivery of Oracle Cloud solutions. In this role, you will provide technical leadership across complex Oracle implementations, guide solution design decisions, and oversee the successful execution of enterprise-scale transformation programs. You will work closely with executive stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical strategy, architecture, and delivery of Oracle Cloud solutions and transformation initiatives.
• Provide technical oversight for Oracle Cloud implementations, integrations, migrations, and enhancements.
• Guide solution design, architecture reviews, and technical decision-making across multiple projects.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable and sustainable Oracle solutions.
• Oversee technical teams, architects, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.
• Drive best practices in Oracle Cloud architecture, security, performance optimization, and governance.
• Manage technical risks, dependencies, and complex integration challenges across enterprise environments.
• Support pre-sales activities, solution proposals, and technical presentations for prospective clients.
• Mentor and develop technical teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with executive stakeholders, clients, and technology partners.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience as an Oracle Director with 14+ years of relevant work experience.
• Extensive experience in Oracle Cloud programs, implementations, or related enterprise technology initiatives.
• At least 10 years of project and portfolio management experience.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale projects and profitable revenue streams.
• Strong experience working with executive stakeholders and enterprise clients.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional and global teams in complex environments.
• Excellent leadership, influencing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong understanding of project governance, delivery frameworks, and business transformation initiatives.
• Can start immediately, if possible.
