We are looking for a Technical Services Manager for Swine
His main purpose will be to boost the subsidiary business providing technical service as well as training and support to HIPRA’s commercial team and distribution network, bearing in mind to focus on prevention strategy.
Requirements:
Studies: Degree in Veterinary Medicine.
Languages: Good command of English is required.
Work experience: 5 years, on the Species market. Good relationship with key players in the country.
Abilities:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships
• Ability to think ahead, to plan, prioritize and monitor activities/projects
• Strong collaboration skills in a matrixed organization
• Positive attitude and customer focused
Main Duties:
- To participate in the medium and long - term (3 years) species plan.
‒ To stay current in technical matters, leading the technical services within the territory.
‒ Leverage technical knowledge and understanding of the veterinary matters proactively.
‒ To advise customers on product use.
‒ To participate in the training of product knowledge of the commercial team: product and technical training, knowledge assessment sessions. To implement corrective measures if required.
‒ To support the marketing activities of the subsidiary
‒ Detection of customer needs associated with programs or Services (smart vaccinations, Diagnos, guarantee contracts, etc.) or any other commercial opportunities of potential interest.
‒ Customer and market knowledge, reporting of relevant information to the Subsidiary BUM and the commercial team.
‒ To lead, manage and motivate her/his team by following up on goals and achievements of each person.
‒ Monthly reporting to the Subsidiary BM and coordination with the commercial team.
