As a Business Development Associate, you will play a key role in the growth by increasing the number of broker clients and properties that can be offered to people searching for their new dream home. Our Business Development team focuses on acquiring clients using telesales operations.

Job Responsibilities:


  • - Assisting in identifying new business opportunities through existing and new partnerships across the real estate industry.

  • - Assisting the Business Development department in developing and championing new business processes, projects and products of Lamudi

  • - Building and expanding client database

  • - Supporting the on-boarding of partners and clients and help maintain good and healthy relationships through effective liaising.

Is this you?


  • - 2-3 years relevant experience in sales or telesales

  • - Excellent communication in both written and verbal

  • - Great with building and maintaining client relationships

  • - Very strong sales & negotiation skills

  • - Ability to work well in a high energy team

  • - Well organized & structured working style
