Job Description - Training Administrator

Role Overview:


The HR Administrator, internally known as Training Administrator, is a 6-month project-based role that will support employee training compliance, onboarding coordination, and accurate records management for a leading Australian client, supporting both blue- and white-collar employees.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Maintain accurate employee data, records, and training documentation.

  • Monitor and update certifications, licenses, tickets, and training records in the system.

  • Prepare and track training reports, induction schedules, and onboarding requirements for new hires.

  • Assist with HR administration, including organizing employee files and managing related correspondence.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure training and compliance requirements are completed on time.

  • Track expiry dates and support timely renewal of training-related documents.

  • Provide administrative, reporting, and ad hoc support as required.



What We’re Looking For:



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience in HR administration, workforce administration, compliance coordination, onboarding, or a similar role.

  • Experience handling both blue- and white-collar employee data in construction, shutdown, engineering, mining, oil and gas, or heavy industry environments.

  • Experience handling compliance documentation, training records, onboarding requirements, workforce coordination, or high-volume administrative processing.

  • Strong experience in data entry, record management, employee documentation, and compliance tracking.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, with strong Excel skills.

  • High attention to detail, strong analytical thinking, and ability to maintain accurate records.

  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Experience with Australian HR or training standards is an advantage but not required.

  • Must be willing to work on a 6-month project-based contract.

  • Must be willing to work full time onsite at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City (Monday - Friday, morning shift).
