Opportunity Overview:
The Training Specialist will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and evaluating technical training programs. This position focuses on enhancing employees' technical skills, with the main focus on developing expertise in Automated Test Equipment (ATE) board and system repair. 

•  Facilitate both classroom-based and online training sessions for CSO repair teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and technical standards.


• Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify areas for improvement and verify the effectiveness of completed trainings.


• Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive training records to ensure compliance and support operational needs.


• Collaborate with supervisors and managers to resolve training and development challenges, ensuring that programs are relevant, effective, and aligned with operational needs.


• Ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality training programs across all CSO repair functions, meeting organizational standards and regulatory requirements.


• Oversee the execution of scheduled training and development initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and resource optimization.


• Serve as a key resource within repair operations for training-related inquiries, providing expert guidance and support within the scope of technical expertise.


• Maintain a healthy training environment in compliance with organizational standards and regulations.


• Drive the design, implementation, and monitoring of training initiatives to enhance performance and efficiency, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and measurable outcomes.


• Deliver IPC-compliant training through multiple formats—including lectures, hands-on demonstrations, and online sessions—ensuring technical accuracy and adherence to industry standards.

• Preferably graduate of B.S. ECE or graduate of a 3-year course in Electronics Technology with expertise in board repair; with minimum 8 years’ experience as board repair specialist or similar role.


• With strong background or hands on experience in using Automated Test Equipment.


• In depth knowledge on component-level board troubleshooting & repair


• Expert on testing equipment's  (e.g., DMM, Oscilloscope, SR620,. Etc.,)


• Proficient in using MS Office and any productivity tool (e.g., Excel, PPT & Word)


• Team player with great interpersonal, communication and presentation skills


• With strong verbal, written communication skills & multi-tasking ability.
