Transaction Processing Associate III

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Transaction Processing Associate III to support daily data entry operations and ensure the accurate, high-quality, and timely completion of deliverables. In this role, you will be responsible for processing data efficiently, maintaining data integrity, meeting established Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and committed to continuous process improvement and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Delivery

• Execute data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy, ensuring all deliverables are completed within established timelines and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Review, validate, and maintain data quality by identifying and correcting discrepancies, inconsistencies, or errors.
• Prioritize and manage assigned workloads effectively to meet productivity and quality targets.
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance accuracy, turnaround times, and overall operational performance.
• Monitor personal performance metrics, including productivity, quality, and turnaround times, and take proactive steps to achieve performance goals.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with established procedures and standards.

2. Stakeholder Collaboration & Process Coordination

• Collaborate with internal and external counterparts to ensure accurate processing of data and timely resolution of issues.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding data-related inquiries, task status updates, and process requirements.
• Support seamless task handoffs and workflow continuity by adhering to established processes and standards.
• Escalate operational concerns, data discrepancies, or process risks promptly to appropriate stakeholders.
• Contribute to cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving service delivery and operational efficiency.

3. Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement

• Adhere to data integrity protocols, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and compliance requirements.
• Perform regular quality checks to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of processed information.
• Stay informed on process updates, system enhancements, and operational best practices.
• Participate in training and knowledge-sharing activities to continuously improve skills and performance.
• Contribute ideas and recommendations that support process optimization, quality improvement, and enhanced customer experience.
